I have a friend who only goes to 'nice' strip clubs. He likes the illusion that every stripper in the place is a happy person who loves her job and that every guy there is generally respectful to women. More importantly, he likes a place that he thinks is clean, where no one does anything seedy or consumes illegal substances or does anything that's not college boy on the up and up. Centerfolds is the only strip club on Broadway that he'll go to. This isn't a bad thing; the girls are mostly hot and the atmosphere is nice. It's a good place to go if you've got a mixed-gender group (my guy friends are always using me to get the cheaper came-with-a-girl rate). But you pay for the whole clean college atmosphere. And if you want to get anything less than hands-off, super clean with the lap dances, you have to really pay. For example, the normal lap dance is $20 and you're looking to tip at least $50 over that if you want any real grinding to happen. So basically, this place is highly recommended to guys that are looking to take their girlfriends to a strip club for the first time and not scare them. And it's recommended for guys that are willing to shell out some dough for the illusion that their sex workers are all safe, clean and happy. If you want real action, you might want to go to a slightly cheaper place (in both senses of the word).
Cover Charge Paid: $20
Lap Dance Price Paid per Song: $60
Pros: - Good place for a co-ed group.
- Trendy, fun, club-like atmosphere.
- Clean.

Cons: - Expensive.
- Not much action in the lap dances unless you get even more expensive.
- Too clean.
